1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to:

  • USA mainland states

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your mugs arrive safely. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal disruptions, customs processing).

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch.

8. Damaged Items
We take care in packaging our printed mugs to prevent damage. If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
